How Can severe Shingles Be Treated?

I am 59 years old in Feb 2016 I got shingles. Since then there s not a single minute Im without pain. My complete right side is numb. I had my thyroid removed in 2015 when I was misdiagnosed of having cancer in my thyroid and was told it was 95% certain. After it was removed. I was told that its the sarcoid that showed in my thyroid. Before the operation they said i had sarcoidosis. I was put on 4 different steroid my immune system was shattered. Im in so much pain. Im now on lyrica but it don t help. It just leave me dizzy sometimes I can t even stand up
